
About my approach
​I take special care to focus on each individual person. Your unique life circumstances (such as stress at work, illness, traumatic experiences, or relationship difficulties) will all have an impact on the way that you feel. I often start by asking "What happened in your life, and how did you cope with this?" From there, we can try different evidence-based techniques to understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, before making any changes that would be helpful to you.

I currently offer both online and in-person therapy for adults in Clapham, Putney, Wimbledon and Earl's Court, in Southwest London. I offer evidence-based therapy including cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and compassionate-focused theapy. My special interests include: Anxiety, overthinking, perfectionism and low self-esteem.
